What payment methods do you support?
We support credit and debit cards via Stripe, and bank transfers. Payouts are made via BACS directly to UK bank accounts. Donors can optionally cover processing fees so that 100% of their contribution goes to the group.
How does Gift Aid work?
We handle all Gift Aid declarations on your behalf and reclaim 25p for every £1 donated by eligible UK taxpayers. For groups using the platform free of charge, Gift Aid typically supports the ongoing costs of running the charity. Collectives can choose to have Gift Aid benefit their community directly.
Can I try before committing?
Yes — Member+ includes a free trial so you can experience the platform before committing to a subscription. No credit card is required to begin. You can also start as a Friend for free with no time limit.
What's the difference between a Group and a Collective?
A Group is a single circle of people giving and making decisions together, managed by a Member+. A Collective is an umbrella structure for organisations overseeing multiple groups — ideal for charities, businesses, or networks wanting coordination across teams or communities, with custom branding and organisation-wide dashboards.
